Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how Orbitworks ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use this website, orbitworks.in, or message us. It covers the website and our enquiries only. Our products (Salon OS, Dine OS) are not yet available to customers; when they are, their terms and data processing terms will be provided separately.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you choose to write. WhatsApp is a service operated by a third party and has its own privacy policy.
- No tracking. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party tracking scripts. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and Google may receive your IP address when it serves them.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry about our products and services.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website and our communications (for example hosting and messaging providers), under their own confidentiality and security obligations, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as needed to respond to you, whichever is shorter.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63595 14023 and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. Send "STOP" at any time and we will not message you further.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people and the authorities where the law requires.
Children
This website is for business users and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
